Please contact Building Services at 704-248-2121 for after-hours and weekend maintenance requests, as well as localized, non-life-threatening emergencies such as power outages, water leaks, and burst pipes.

How do I view building documents or submit a work order?
Please log in and you will be taken directly to the Tenant Services dashboard where you can access these features.
Amenities:
Do you have FedEx or UPS Drop Box locations? If so, where are they located?
Yes. It is located in the parking lot of the 10710 Sikes Place Building.
Is there a conference room located in the building that we can use?
There is no conference room in the building, but please reach out to Providence Park Executive Suites at 704-531-7100.
Is there a lactation room in the building?
Not at this time.
Deliveries & Moves:
Can we have furniture or appliances delivered during business hours? If not, what hours are acceptable?
All deliveries must take place either before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, and are permitted anytime over the weekend.
What do I do if I have to move any large items in or out of my space?
Advise the people moving that this can only be done before or after business hours. Enter a work order to have the elevators padded if necessary.
Heating & Cooling:
Can our employees use space heaters?
Space heaters are against fire code and can result in a fine from the fire department. Please submit a work order for the HVAC technician if heating/cooling conditions need to be adjusted in your space.
Janitorial Issues:
What should I do if have a janitorial issue?
Please enter a work order in the system. The work order will go directly to the janitorial supervisor and property management will be notified. The work order system will also have record of any recurring issues. Please contact your property management team if you would prefer for them to address your concern with the cleaning company.
Parking:
Are employees allowed to leave their cars in parking lots overnight? If so, what information do I need to provide and how long can it be left in the parking lot?
Yes. Please provide the car owner’s name and personal telephone number, year, make, model, color and license plate number. Please contact your property management team to discuss the duration of your request.
Telecommunications:
Who do I contact if my cable/telephone vendor needs to access the buildings telecom closet?
Please schedule through your property management team.
Waste & Recycling:
What should I do with trash that cannot fit in our regular bins?
All boxes need to be broken down and labeled as trash. Additional trash bags can also be labeled as trash. Trash labels are provided by the cleaning company. If you need additional labels, please enter in a work order.
Pets:
Can I bring my pet to work?
Pets are not permitted in the building at any time, whether during or after business hours.
Security:
Is Providence Park Security available 24/7?
No. Security is available Monday - Friday from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. and they can be reached at 704-488-0931.
Smoking:
Can employees smoke at building entrances or is there a designated smoking area? Are e-cigarettes allowed to be used in the building?
Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area that is specific to your location, which is a minimum of 25’ from any building entrance. Smoking is not permitted at building entrances, loading dock or dumpster enclosure areas. E-cigarettes are considered a smoking device which emits fumes and can be used at designated smoking areas only.

Please contact your property management team to be added to our email distribution list. You may share the White List information below with your IT department to ensure messages from Building Engines are delivered to your inbox.
